Launch of freighter Progress-M57:

This ship was launched from Baykonur on 24 Jue at 15.08.18UTC for a flight to the ISS.

A few hours after launch the telemetry signals could be monitored in the Netherlands via 166.135.4 mc between 21.14.00 UTC and 21.18.50UTC.

2nd flight day Pr-M57:

Good reception of the TLM transmitters in the 165 and 166 mc bands:

19.37.20UTC TLM transmitters commanded ON.

19.43.00UTC LOS

21.13.10UTC TLM transmitters commanded ON

Estimated time docking of the Pr-M57 at the PIRS of the ISS on 26 June 2006 at about 1630UTC.

Between 1627 and 1632UTC ISS and Pr-M57 are within range of the Netherlands, but possibly the traffic will be relayed by NASA Houston.

It might be worthwhile to monitor VHF-1 (143.625 mc) and for eventual TORU- and/or Kurstransmissions via the 121.750 and 130.165 mc.
